Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information.
Information you provide us directly:
Your username, password, date of birth, postal code, and e-mail address when you register for a M² Institute account (your Account Profile information).
Information you provide us both directly and indirectly:
User Content (e.g., self-test responses, lab results, e-health profile responses, product recommendations for you, personal lifestyle recommendations, product orders) that you post to the Service or that become part of your User Content through your interactions with the Service.
Communications between you and M² Institute: for example, we may send you Service-related notifications, messages, alerts, and emails (e.g., account verification, reminders, news about the Service, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may opt out of some Service-related messages or e-mails through setting on your user dashboard.
We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. Your information is not personally tracked but rather we analyze traffic in the aggregate to provide better products for the community we serve.
Cookies and similar technologies:
Log file information:
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (" IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we do not access the "device identifier" of your mobile device.
Metadata is technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when, and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users may have Metadata added to their User Content when they create it; for example, M² Institute adds event date metadata to orders, in order to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
